  • If you're looking to return your order for whatever personal reason within 30 days of receipt, we're here to help. We regret that any returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Trampolines received are wrong size ,damaged or defective:

We will happily replace such items with the same item at no cost to you.

If you decide that your Trampoline product is not right for you:

  • Item not received yet

    If you want to cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and please contact us by email as soon as possible.

  • Item received, not opened yet

    If you decide that your Trampoline product is not right for you within 30 days of receipt, the return process is easy. The product must be in excellent saleable and new condition, with original packing materials.

    We will refund your invoice amount, minus all actual shipping costs (both to and from your location) and minus a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price. We do not take returns of items under $80.00, - such as replacement parts - are not returnable or refundable.

  • Item received, opened already

    The package and the product should be handled with care. To assess the product, it is permitted to unpack the product. When the product has been used and/or has been assembled or the original package is not present then, returning does not belong to the possibilities anymore.

    Of course, you can completely register your return even when it has been assembled. However, only up to 50% of the purchase price will be refunded on your account.

How to return the items

  • Contact us immediately

    Contact Us with package pictures (The package pictures will help us to decide whether the current status will affect our secondary sales)
    * It may take our team up to 3 working days to review your return request.

  • Stick the shipping label

    Please offer us your full mailing address and then you will receive a return label by email from us. Attach this label onto the product and contact FedEx to arrange collection from your address.

  • Pack the product properly

    In the case that the returning package is damaged during transport, the credit amount will be influenced. If the product no longer has any value, it is possible that we cannot accept the product as a return. Therefore, it is of great importance that the product is properly packaged.

  • Get refund quickly

    We will refund the invoice amount (minus all actual shipping costs and the restocking fee) after we have checked and received the returning product regarding the entirety and damage.

    Our warehouse member will open the carton to check if all parts are available and in good status. After that we will refund the invoice amount within 15 days, but often much faster!
